1. Open Outlook 2000.

2. Click on Tools and Accounts. You will see the following window:

3. Click on Add and click on Mail. Enter your full name in the Display name field as shown below.

4. Click on Next.

5. Enter your Cynteck email address (username@cynteck.com).

6. Click on Next.

7. Click on Next.

8. Enter your Cynteck email address in the account name field. Enter your password in the password field.

9. Click on Next. Then Finish

10. Now simply click the "Properties" button on the account you just set up, then click the "Severs" tab. And check the box that states "My server requires authentication" Click the "Apply" button, then click "OK". You are now ready to send and receive mail though Microsoft Outlook.
